Boot Bomb
Boot Bomb has a comprehensive article It’s a comprehensive article on the Top 50 Long Distance Hiking Trails In The USA.
Access is FREE and it not only gives you descriptions and locations of those trails, but also offers tips on long-distance hiking with lots more links to advice.
Some of the trails listed in the top 50 include the Oregon Coast Trail, Pacific Northwest Trail, Oregon Desert Trail and Oregon Skyline Trail.
Oregon Hikers
One of my favorite resources is OregonHikers.org. More than 7,000 registered users post hiking reports, tips, pictures and maps. The site strives to build a greater hiking community by making all your Oregon trip resources available in one place.

NWHiker.com is also a great resource for trails, it provides previews of the trail on the website.
