Summer concerts are a long-standing tradition at Mt. Tabor, one of Portland’s best picnic parks. Head to Southeast Portland for an evening of family-friendly fun.

2026 Mt. Tabor Summer Concert
The Mt. Tabor Summer Concert is Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. The free event has a whole night of live music and family-friendly activities.
At the 2026 event, dance the night away with the Melao de Cuba Orchestra.
There’s food vendors onsite or you can pack your own snacks to dine al fresco.
Parking is limited at Mt. Tabor so plan on arriving early to find a spot and choose your seat on the lawn. You can also bike, ride share, walk, car pool or take public transit on #15, #71, and #2 bus lines take you right to the park.
The event is free to attend. Keep in mind, dogs are not allowed in the Caldera Amphitheater due to space constraints.
