Ready to stock up on your garden plants? North Portland Tool Library is planning to host its annual plant sale fundraiser right in time for spring planting.
Before we get into the details, I want to share a general safety note. While this local organization has decided to host an in-person event, it does not mean it is safe to leave your home and gather with the public. Please do what is best for the safety of yourself and your loved ones.
That being said, North Portland Tool Library is abiding by these safety guidelines:
- Maintain 6-foot social distancing at all times.
- If you have symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who does, stay home.
- Send one member of your household to shop.
- Only touch what you’re going to buy.
- Shop as quickly as possible to make space for others.
All vegetables being sold are locally grown with no GMOs or pesticides. Proceeds go to the North Portland Tool Library and a local branch of Boots to Roots. Payment is available with credit/debit card only. No cash.
