Do you have a horse crazy kid in your life? Take them to Peppermints and Ponies at Silver Buckle Ranch.
Silver Buckle Ranch is a nonprofit that uses equine therapy to help youth build self-confidence, learn the value of completing tasks, achieve personal growth, overcome fears, connect socially and begin to develop a sense of Independence.
The Brush Prairie ranch is hosting its third annual event this weekend. Here are the details:
Peppermints and Ponies at Silver Buckle Ranch
Ring in the holiday season with Silver Buckle Ranch’s program horses and goats.
Activities during the event include:
- A craft for kids.
- Treats for horses and humans.
- A visit with Santa.
The event is Saturday, December 17, from 1 to 4 p.m. You will choose a time frame to visit, including 1 p.m., 2 p.m. or 3 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased online for $5 per person plus an additional processing fee. Children under the age of 3 can attend for free.
