Every summer, Portland Pickles offers fun, affordable and entertainment filled baseball season. One of the fun yearly events is Picklefest.
Here are the details about the August event.
Enjoy Brews and Baseball at Picklefest
Head to Walker Stadium in Southeast Portland for Picklefest on Saturday, August 20, starting at 2:30 p.m. Enjoy two baseball games, try beer samples from local breweries, and dance to local bands and DJs in left field.
Everyone’s favorite hometown mascot, Dillon T. Pickle, invites you to take a ride on the slip n slide, hang out with your microbrew in the pool while watching baseball games at the special pickle party.
Here’s the schedule:
- 2:30 p.m. Gates open.
- 3 p.m. Kingsley performs.
- 3:30 p.m. Semifinal game starts: Wild Bills vs. Greywolves.
- 4 p.m. Spooky Boys perform.
- 5 p.m. DJ BA spinning tracks.
- 7:30 p.m. League championship game starts.
Picklefest features 9 local breweries and one local cider company. Here’s the full list:

Food vendors are also onsite.
Tickets are available for purchase online and at the event. Tickets are $10 per person. This price does not include drinks or food. You can pre-order 10, 4 oz. beer samples for $15, which can be picked up at the beer ticket tent. When I attended this event a few years ago with friends, we bought one pack of beer samples and split the tickets among our group.
