Gather with our local LGBTQIA2S+ community and allies at the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival and Parade.
The annual event has been a tradition in our city since 1994. This year, Portland’s premier Pride event is in July.
Here are the details about the 2026 event:
2026 Portland Pride Waterfront Festival and Parade
Portland Pride Waterfront Festival is taking place July 18-19, 2026, at Tom McCall Waterfront Park.
Portland’s annual Pride celebration is more than just an event—it’s a powerful statement of love, diversity and inclusivity. Each year, thousands of individuals from all walks of life come together to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, honor its history and advocate for a brighter future.
This event is the single largest visibility opportunity for our region’s LGBTQ+ community organizations and businesses with hundreds of exhibitors and vendors. Watch live performances on multiple stages while enjoying an array of diverse activities, food and community spaces.
Did you know this is one of the largest donation-based pride festivals in the U.S.? A $10 donation is accepted at the gate entrance, but no one is turned away for lack of funds.
The Portland Pride Waterfront Festival is Saturday, July 18, from 12-8 p.m., and Sunday, July 19, from 11:30 a.m.-6 p.m. at Tom McCall Waterfront Park, 98 SW Naito Pkwy.
Pride Parade
The Portland Pride Parade is Sunday, July 19, at 11 a.m. Each year, the parade features hundreds of entries.
The parade takes place in downtown Portland. It starts at NW Broadway and travels down NW Davis St. and turns right onto NW Naito Pkwy. heading to Tom McCall Waterfront Park where the festival is held. The parade ends at the corner of NW Naito Pkwy and Harvey Milk St.
