Baskin-Robbins

On July 26, 2026, Baskin-Robbins is offering a buy-one-get-one FREE Single Scoop at participating locations.

The sweet deal is only available for Baskin-Robbin Rewards members. Join Baskin-Robbins Rewards here.  (New members enjoy a FREE Scoop after their first qualified purchase.)

Limit one offer per person. 

And, a bonus deal: On July 31, Baskin-Robbins is offering 31% off all scoops at participating locations.

Dairy Queen 

Through July 19, Dairy Queen is offering a free Dilly Bar with a minimum order of $1 or more at participating locations, while supplies last. You must place your order via the DQ app. The giveaway is only available for DQ Rewards members so be sure to join. 

Handel’s 

Celebrate ice cream day with Handel’s. The first 250 guests at each location get a Handel’s hat with ice cream purchase. Limit one per person in shop only. This deal is available at participating locations, while supplies last.

Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt

Celebrate National Ice Cream Day a few days early and with frozen yogurt instead!

On July 17, 2026, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt is giving the first 50 customers in line at 3 p.m. a FREE cup of froyo and toppings (up to 5-oz.)

If you swirl more than 5 ounces (and you will!), simply pay the difference — around 80 cents an ounce. 

Potbelly

Belly up to Potbelly for sweet savings on National Ice Cream Day!

Through Aug. 2, 2026, Potbelly is offering a half-price shake after 2 p.m. on Friday and all day on Saturday & Sunday (including on July 19, 2026!) at — exclusively for Potbelly Rewards members.

The sweet deal requires an additional minimum $5 purchase. 

Shops Giving Back

Great American Video & Espresso

Head to the Milwaukie location for an ice cream, Italian ice, concretes, milkshakes or any of our other frozen treats and 50% of profits will be donated to One Tail at a Time Dog Rescue. The business is open 7:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. on Sunday.
