If you’re looking for a grounding experience to bring you peace of mind, take a tai chi class surrounded by nature at Hoyt Arboretum.
Many tai chi moves use images from nature, including stable as a pine, flowing like a river and hands moving as clouds. Tai chi at the Hoyt Arboretum lets you connect this imagery in a new way.
Here’s how you can participate in an upcoming event.
Tai Chi at Hoyt Arboretum
Each week, the instructor will explore tai chi moves that are relaxing, improve focus and balance, and help you become rooted in the moment. No experience is necessary to participate.
