Got vaccinated? You can now partake in these freebies and discounts at Portland businesses.
The recent announcement of the Take Your Shot Oregon campaign, which enters Oregonians 18 or over who have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine into a drawing for up to $1 million, incentivizing and rewarding residents who have gotten the vaccine (or plan to) has reached a new level.
Local and national businesses have also joined in on the vaccine rewards. Simply take your vaccine card to these shops, bars and dispensary to cash in on completely free or discounted goods.

Vaccine Freebies and Discounts in Portland
Kaya Shack
The cannabis dispensary is offering “Pot 4 A Shot.” Bring in your vaccine card and get 10 percent discount on your purchase. This deal is available till the end of the pandemic.
Kaya Shack is located at 1719 Hawthorne Boulevard in Portland.
Krispy Kreme
For all of 2021, customers who show a valid vaccination card at any Krispy Kreme shop in the U.S. get a free Original Glazed doughnut. Who can get a free doughnut? Anyone who has received at least 1 of the 2 shots of the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine or 1 shot of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 Vaccine.
You are limited to one Original Glazed doughnut per day, no purchase required. This offer can be redeemed while in shop or drive-thru. It is not available through online ordering or delivery.
Krispy Kreme has three locations in and around Portland.
Loyal Legion
The Oregon beer hall is offering a $2 discount on your tab. Visit during happy hour, Sunday through Friday from 3-5 p.m., to make this deal go even further.
If you don’t want to bring your physical card, just snap a picture on your phone. The discount will still be honored.

Shake Shack
Spaceroom Lounge and Genie’s, Too
If you have been fully vaccinated, you can get a free drink of choice. What’s the catch? They will use a hole punch to mark the top corner of your vaccine card.
If that’s a fair trade off to you, swing by Spaceroom Lounge and Genie’s, Too at 4800 Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard.
Staples, Office Depot, and OfficeMax
Get your vaccination card laminated for free at Staples, Office Depot and OfficeMax through July 25. The advice I received after my vaccine was to make a copy of the card and get it laminated. That way, if there is a booster shot later in the year you can get that information added to your card.
Super Supplements
Get either a free snack or drink at Super Supplements through May 31. Eligible products include any brand and any flavor from the shop’s premium assortment of on-the-go protein bars, energy drinks, healthy snacks, or cookies.
Participants must show their original vaccine record card with at least one administered Covid-19 vaccine shot. No purchase necessary. There are multiple locations throughout the Portland metro area.
