Take a scenic ride through Clark County to see Santa on the Chelatchie Prairie Railroad.
A 1941 diesel locomotive transports passengers through scenic northern Clark County from Yacolt to Moulton Falls to Chelatchie Prairie and back. During the holidays, the Chelatchie Prairie Railroad hosts the Santa Train Ride.
Chelatchie Prairie Railroad Santa Train Ride
The Chelatchie Prairie Railroad Santa Train Ride is taking place on Saturday and Sunday from November 26-December 18.
Climb aboard the train and take a journey to see Santa. There is indoor and outdoor seating available.
Along the trip, passengers will see views of the Lewis River atop a hillside vantage point. You’ll then stop at Moulton Station where there will be warm cider and cocoa and coffee. Santa will be at the station with a gift for each child.
This year, the event is also hosting an Ugly Sweater Contest. Passengers will vote for the best ugly sweater at each event.
