The downtown Vancouver business is a low-waste, bulk refillery for your home and personal care needs. Bring your own containers and fill them up with a variety of household goods. In addition to bulk products, the local shop sells low-waste and sustainably made home goods, secondhand and vintage items, and locally made artwork.

Craft and Mend: Community Mending Circle at Kindred Homestead Supply
Visit a a haven for creativity and sustainability at Kindred Homestead Supply. Every first Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., attend Craft and Mend. This is not just a crafting session, it’s a space dedicated to community, creativity and the art of making old things new again.
What to Expect
- Mending Circle: Mend items in a welcoming and supportive environment. Learn from fellow community members, share skills and bring new life to well-loved items.
- Provided supplies: Kindred Homestead Supply offers a variety of crafting essentials for communal use, including embroidery thread, thread, needles, fabric scraps, markers, pencils, pastels, paint, brushes and buttons.
- Bring Your Project: Feel free to bring anything specific you need for your project and additional materials if you have them.
Cost
This is a free event, and Kindred Homestead Supply provides some materials. However, if you have specific needs for your project, bring them. Consider giving a few dollars to support the event.
