Celebrate Hispanic culture through music, food and community at the El Festival de Mariachi.

The festival honoring Hispanic Heritage Month is hosted by Unitus Community Credit Union. Here’s what is in store at this free event: 

2025 El Festival de Mariachi

The festival is Sunday, September 21, 2025, from noon to 6 p.m. This culturally vibrant and family-friendly event is free to attend. 

The event features local entertainment, delicious food and drinks and a marketplace.

Local vendors will offer lots of tasty savory and sweet food items, including tacos, drinks, and snacks and desserts.

The marketplace has a variety of toys, clothing items and crafts that showcase the richness of Mexican culture. Community-based organizations will be at the event to connect the community with local resources.

You’ll get a front-row seat to performances by local Mariachi bands and Hispanic groups. Here’s the schedule:

12 p.m. Dina y los Rumberos

1 p.m. Mariachi Tradicion

2 p.m. Gema + Casa de la Cultura Tlanese

3 p.m. Mariachi Portland

4 p.m. Grupo Mparable

5 p.m.  Mariachi Mexico en la Piel

The festival is at Hillsboro Ballpark, 4460 Northeast Century Blvd in Hillsboro. Parking is free.
