Thanksgiving is a time-honored tradition of coming together to share a bountiful feast. If you’re looking for a free hot meal, visit one of these local organization to enjoy a meal onsite or take it to go. These meals are available to everyone.

Trap Kitchen
Sunday, November 17, from 12-3 p.m.
Trap Kitchen is partnering with local organizations to offer free turkeys and holiday fixings along with free hot Thanksgiving plates of food.
This event is first come, first served. The event is at Trap Kitchen, 8 NW 6th Ave. in Portland.
Celebration Tabernacle Church
Thursday, November 28, from noon to 4 p.m.
The Proper Thanksgiving Feast-ival is a beloved Kenton tradition for 25 years. At the church, Po’Shines Cafe de la Soul to serve up a top-quality menu of traditional Thanksgiving favorites and innovative new dishes. There are vegetarian options, too.
The inclusive community experience also features music, entertainment and kids’ activities. It is hosted in a wheelchair-accessible space.
Celebration Tabernacle Church is at 8131 N. Denver Ave. in Portland.
