This Halloween, trade your ordinary trick-or-treating routine for something a little more unusual. Trackers Portland’s free Halloween Goblin Market returns Saturday, October 31, 2026, inviting kids and families to swap treasures, barter trinkets and celebrate Halloween with hands-on activities.

Part of Trackers Portland’s annual Track-or-Treat celebration, the Goblin Market turns everyday objects into valuable treasures. Kids can set up their own trading stalls, haggle over handmade creations and exchange curious finds without spending a dime.

And there’s more than bartering on the agenda. This year’s celebration also features pumpkin archery, zombie axe throwing, crafts and a Halloween candy trail.

2026 Halloween Goblin Market at Trackers Portland

The Halloween Goblin Market takes place Saturday, October 31, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Trackers Lodge in Southeast Portland.

The market is part of the larger Track-or-Treat celebration, which runs from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Families are encouraged to arrive in costume and bring a collection of small items to trade. Kids can spread out a bandanna, display their treasures and negotiate swaps with fellow traders.

What to Bring to the Goblin Market

You don’t need money to participate. Instead, gather small objects from around the house that another young trader might find interesting.

Ideas include:

• Bits and bobs: Bottle caps, shiny rocks, old keys and marbles.
• Handmade creations: Tiny maps, charms, original jokes and other crafts.
• Forgotten treasures: Baubles, trinkets, tiny scrolls and other curious objects.
• Household finds: Small items from junk drawers, closets and under beds.

A few rules keep the market safe and fair. Don’t bring money, feathers, food, trading cards, sharp objects or anything larger than a toaster. Only trade items you own or have permission to give away.

All trades are final and sealed with a fist bump.

The Goblin Market is just one part of Track-or-Treat. Families can also participate in:
