Settlement Offers You up to $100
Have you heard about the Oregon Screen Settlement? Two lawsuits uncovered that manufacturers illegally agreed upon the pricing of LCD-flat panels and CRTs. The total settlement came to $36,900,000. You may be entitled to a portion of this fund. Until April 2, 2018, Oregonians have a chance to get up to $100 by filing a claim with the Oregon Dept. of Justice.
If you bought a TV, monitor, or notebook computer with an LCD screen between 2002 to 2006, or a TV or computer monitor with a CRT screen between 1995 to 2007 and were an Oregon resident at the time of purchase, you should file a claim. You can submit online or mail in a claim. Choose the claim you need to file:
The form is easy to fill out with simple questions such as your contact information and how many screens you purchased during the designated time frame. It also allows you to elect your claim to a Oregon-based charitable organization.
