Portland Dumpling Week: Explore Specials at 40+ Local Restaurants

There is something so fulfilling about savory bite-sized dumplings. These little dough pockets stuffed with vegetables, meat or seafood are a warm welcome during our grey, cold winter. The annual Portland Dumpling Week is celebrating dumplings for its 10th year with specials throughout the city.

Portland Dumpling Week is February 4-10, 2024. There are more than 40 Portland restaurants putting their own fold on dumplings. Some will offer traditional flavors while others are embracing dumpling fusion by serving up a new take on the savory dining experience. 

At most restaurants, the price for each plate of dumplings is $15 or less. Dumplings are available for dine-in, takeout and delivery depending on the restaurant.

Here are the 2024 Portland Dumpling Week participating restaurants. Most have their dumpling specials are listed below.

Dumpling special: Wonton in chili oil. Pork and shrimp wontons in house chili oil, topped with crispy garlic, toasted sesame seed and cilantro.

Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen and Bar

Dumpling special: A pan seared pinwheel of savory pork dumplings topped with sweet chili sauce and Bambuza’s secret wok sauce. Served with cucumber, scallion strips, pickled carrots, daikon radish, and cilantro.
