Tis the season for farmers markets in Portland! In almost every neighborhood throughout the city, people gather weekly to buy fruits, veggies and other locally made goods. These events are a great opportunity to meet with neighbors, listen to live music and get a bite to eat.
Each Portland farmers market has its own unique vibe. Find one in your neighborhood or venture out and explore one from the list below! I’ve listed the markets by days of the week.

2024 Portland Farmers Market Schedule
Sunday
Hillsdale Farmers Market – West Portland
Sundays from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
This year-round market hosts more than 50 local farmers and food artisans from Oregon and Southwest Washington. You’ll find seasonal vegetables, fruits, meats, cheeses, honey, baked goods, packaged and ready-to-eat foods, native plants and herbs, and fresh and dried cut flowers.
The Hillsdale Farmers Market is at Rieke Elementary parking lot at 1405 SW Vermont St. in Portland.
King Portland Farmers Market – Northeast Portland
Sundays from 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
From May 5-November 24, King Farmers Market features around 30 farmers and food artisans along with family-friendly entertainment.
The market is at NE 7th Ave. and Wygant St. in Northeast Portland.
Lents International Market – Southeast Portland
Sundays from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
From June 2–November 24, Lents International Farmers Market provides fresh, local and culturally relevant produce to Lents neighbors in Southeast Portland.
The market is at SE 92nd and Reedway between Foster and Harold.
Montavilla Farmers Market – Southeast Portland
Sundays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
This year-round market started in 2007 by a grassroots collection of neighbors who were inspired by visions of a fresh, local, food market in a shared community space. Peruse local farmers, food artisans, bakers and food vendors.
Montavilla Farmers Market is at 7600 block of SE Stark St.
Woodstock Farmers Market – Southeast Portland
Sundays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
From June 2-October 27, Woodstock Farmers Market promotes healthy eating, food education, and close ties between farms and our urban community.
The market is at 4600 SE Woodstock Blvd.
Orenco Station Farmers Market – Hillsboro
Sundays from 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
From April 28-October 27, Orenco Station Farmers Market features more than 50 vendors along with lots of restaurant options.
The market is at 6125 NE Cornell Rd. in Hillsboro.
Tigard Farmers Market – Downtown Tigard
Sundays from 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
From May 5-October 27, support local farmers, businesses and nonprofits at the Tigard Farmers Market. There’s also live music, food carts and a splash pad.
The market is at Universal Plaza, 9100 SW Burnham St. in Tigard.
Vancouver Farmers Market – Downtown Vancouver
Saturdays from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. April-October and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. November-March | Sundays from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. April-October
This year-round market is my favorite one to visit. You’ll find a selection of produce, food products, flower bouquets, plants and food vendors along with artisans and crafters. The market is open on Saturday year-round. It is open Sunday April-October.
The Vancouver Farmers Market is at 605 Esther St. in Vancouver.
Monday
Come Thru Black and Indigenous Farmers Market
First and third Monday of the month from 3-7 p.m.
More than 25 local vendors will be showcasing their goods during this outdoor market from May through October.
Come Thru Market is at The Redd, 831 SE Salmon St.
Tuesday
OHSU Farmers Market – Southwest Portland
Tuesdays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
From June 4-September 24, the OHSU Farmers Market has a variety of produce and food vendors, such as sauces, baked goods, fresh-pressed juice and jam, along with lunch vendors and crafters.

Wednesday
Kenton Farmers Market – North Portland
Wednesdays from 3-7 p.m.
From June 5-September 25, the Kenton Farmers Market is located in the charming Kenton neighborhood. Along with fresh produce and local food there is live music and family activities.
The market is at N. McClellan St. and Denver Ave.
People’s Farmers Market – Southeast Portland
Wednesdays from 2-7 p.m.
People’s Farmers Market prides itself on being the longest running year-round market in Portland. It offers a high quality, locally grown produce and a variety of handmade, artisan foods, made with organic, local and ethically sourced ingredients.
The market is at 3029 SE 21st Ave.
Shemanski Park Farmers Market – Downtown Portland
Wednesdays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
From May 1–October 30, Shemanski Park Farmers Market features more than 30 vendor booths filled with farm-fresh and locally-made food under the shade of a canopy of trees.
The market is at Shemanski Park, SW Park & SW Main.
Thursday
Cully Farmers Market – Northeast Portland
Thursdays from 4-8 p.m.
From June 6-August 29, the Native American Youth & Family Center hosts the Cully Farmers Market. It features produce and food products along with a community table and nonprofit partner tables.
The market is at 5011 NE 42nd Ave.
South Waterfront Farmers Market – South Portland
Thursdays from 2-7 p.m.
From June 6-October 31, this evening market invites you to shop for fresh, local, seasonal produce and artisanal goods before your after-work commute and wind down while listening to live music.
South Waterfront Farmers Market is at Elizabeth Caruthers Park, 3508 SW Moody Ave.
East Vancouver Farmers Market – East Vancouver
Thursdays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
From June 6-September 26, East Vancouver Farmers Market hosts 38 vendors.
The market is at 17701 SE Mill Plain Blvd. in Vancouver.
Saturday
Hollywood Farmers Market – Northeast Portland
Saturdays from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. April-September | 9 a.m.-1 p.m. October-November | 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. December-March
This year-round market has more than 50 local vendors offering the finest fresh produce, hot food, and an array of products. The market also hosts special events and live music.
Hollywood Farmers Market is at NE Hancock St. between 44th and 45th avenues.
Sellwood Moreland Farmers Market – Southeast Portland
Saturdays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
From May 11-October 19, the Sellwood Moreland Farmers Market hosts local farmers selling fresh produce, cheese, meat, fish, honey, baked goods, prepared food, cut flowers and plant starts in the spring.
The market is at 1650 SE Claybourne St.
Woodlawn Farmers Market – Northeast Portland
Saturdays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
From June 1-October 26, head to the Woodlawn Farmers Market for fresh produce, meat, eggs, baked goods, local crafts, live music and community fun.
The market is at NE Dekum St. and Durham Ave.
St. Johns Farmers Market – North Portland
Saturdays from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
From May 4-November 23, St. Johns Farmers Market brings together more than 70 local farmers, artisans and entrepreneurs.
The market is at St. Johns Christian Church parking lot, N Charleston Ave. and Central St.
PSU Farmers Market – Downtown Portland
Saturdays from 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. April-October | 9 a.m.-2 p.m. November-March
The year-round PSU Farmers Market hosts more than 100 vendors.
The market is at SW Park and Montgomery.
Vancouver Farmers Market – Downtown Vancouver
Saturdays from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. April-October and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. November-March | Sundays from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. April-October

Oregon City Farmers Market – Oregon City
Saturdays from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
From May 4-October 26, the Oregon City Farmers Market showcases local growers, farmers, ranchers, bakers, artisan food businesses, wineries, distilleries, cideries and artisan wares. You can also get coffee and hot foods prepared on site.
The market is at Clackamas Community College’s Green Lots #1, Clairmont Drive between S Beavercreek Road and N Douglas Loop.
Downtown Hillsboro Farmers Market
Saturdays from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Spend the day shopping, grabbing a bite to eat, enjoying featured musicians and engaging in interactive programs at the Downtown Hillsboro Farmers Market.
The market is at 150 E Main St. in Hillsboro.
Beaverton Farmers Market – Downtown Beaverton
Saturdays from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. February-March | 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. April-November
The year-round market features more than 100 vendors along with community events, cooking demonstrations and food drives.
Beaverton Farmers Market is at SW Hall Blvd, between 3rd and 5th streets in Beaverton.
Happy Valley Farmers Market – Clackamas
Saturdays from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
From May 4-October 26, Happy Valley Farmers Market hosts more than 100 vendors selling everything from produce and food products to unique arts and crafts. Enjoy live music and the covered food court.
The market is at 13231 SE Sunnyside Rd. in Clackamas.
Gresham Farmers’ Market – Downtown Gresham
Saturdays from 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
From May 4-October 26, the Gresham Farmers Market supplies shoppers with local produce, fruit, flowers, nursery stock, handcrafted food items and baked goods, homemade goods, wine, artisan crafts, fresh food and live music in a family friendly atmosphere.
The market is at Center for the Arts Plaza NE 3rd st. and NE Hood Ave. in Gresham.
Sherwood Saturday Market – Downtown Sherwood
Saturdays from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
From May 4-September 28, visit the Sherwood Saturday Market for fresh farm produce, plants, flowers, food and quality handcrafted items.
The market is at Cannery Square, 22622 SW Pine St. in Sherwood.
