Discover new bars and find your new favorite craft cocktail during Portland Mercury’s Highball Week.
A highball is traditionally a mixed drink with a whiskey, bourbon, or scotch base topped off with ginger ale and served over ice in a highball glass. During Highball Week, some of Portland’s best bartenders are mixing up the classic with a variety of hard liquors, sodas, juices, syrups and bitters.
Highball Week is taking place February 20 through March 5. There are 35 Portland bars serving up special cocktails for the week. At each participating location, you’ll find $8 craft cocktails available all day.
Here are the 2023 Highball Week bars along with a description of the cocktail that will be available at a discount for one week only.
