Discover new bars and find your new favorite craft cocktail during Portland Mercury’s Highball Week.
A highball is traditionally a mixed drink with a whiskey, bourbon or scotch base topped off with ginger beer or soda water and served over ice in a highball glass. During Highball Week, some of Portland’s best bartenders are mixing up the classic with a variety of hard liquors, sodas, juices, syrups and bitters.
Highball Week is taking place May 25-31, 2026. At each participating location, you’ll find $10 craft cocktails available all day.
More than 25 bars and restaurants are participating in this year’s event.
