Get ready for a showcase of all things weird at the Portland Oddities and Curiosities Expo. If you love the strange, unusual and bizarre, you won’t want to miss this collection of artists and small businesses as they descend on Portland.
The Oddities and Curiosities Expo is the original traveling event showcasing oddities vendors and dark artists in the country. This weekend, the expo is stopping in Portland for a one-day event at the convention center.

Portland Oddities and Curiosities Expo
The Portland Oddities and Curiosities Expo is Saturday, October 22, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Close to 300 vendors will be displaying goods at the Oregon Convention Center.
There’s something weird for everyone at this expo. Some of the items you’ll find include:
- Preserved specimens
- Original artwork
- Horror/Halloween inspired pieces
- Handcrafted oddities
- Quack medical devices
- Creepy clothing
- Odd jewelry
- Funeral collectibles
Museum of Marvelous Mutations
See the world’s largest traveling collection of real life mutations. Get up close with true anomalies as you stroll through a maze of creatures, including animals with two heads, multiple limbs and real cyclops beasts. The is a walk-through booth is appropriate for all ages.
In addition to all things strange, there will be multiple concession areas where you can get a bite to eat. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available.
Due to high demand, the event has timed entry when you buy tickets online. Organizers ask that you arrive at the time assigned to your ticket purchase. Once you’re in the event, you can stay as long as you’d like.
General admission tickets are $10 in advance with an additional $2 processing fee. Tickets at the door are $15. Kids 12 and under attend for free. Museum of Marvelous Mutations’ tickets are $5 in addition to the expo admission. Kids 5 and under attend for free.
