Get ready for a showcase of all things weird at the Portland Oddities and Curiosities Expo. If you love the strange, unusual and bizarre, you won’t want to miss this collection of artists and small businesses as they descend on Portland.
The Oddities and Curiosities Expo is the original traveling event in the country showcasing oddities vendors and dark artists. This weekend, the expo is stopping in Portland for a two-day event at the convention center.

Portland Oddities and Curiosities Expo
The Portland Oddities and Curiosities Expo is Saturday, October 21, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, October 22, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Close to 300 vendors will be displaying goods at the Oregon Convention Center.
There’s something weird for everyone at this expo. Some of the items you’ll find include:
- Preserved specimens
- Original artwork
- Horror/Halloween inspired pieces
- Handcrafted oddities
- Quack medical devices
- Creepy clothing
- Odd jewelry
- Funeral collectibles
In addition to all things strange, there will be multiple concession areas where you can get a bite to eat.
The Cryptic Collection of a Mad Clown
Be mesmerized by the old-school freak show.
Discover the cast away remains of a clown and his unique collection. Bear witness to bizarre pieces of agony, magical powers, folklore, and preserved death inside the room dimly lit by lanterns and candles. Encounter terrifying beasts, like a real mermaid, a six-foot man-eating chicken and genetically engineered monsters.
This special exhibition is $5 in advance or $7 day of.
General admission tickets are $12 in advance with an additional $2 processing fee. Tickets at the door are $15. Kids 12 and under attend for free. Museum of Marvelous Mutations’ tickets are $5 in addition to the expo admission. Kids 5 and under attend for free.
