Portland Mercury’s Sandwich Week is Monday, June 20 through Sunday, June 26. Choose from meat lovers to vegetarian to vegan sandwich specials at 30 Portland restaurants. Each location is creating a special sandwich for the food week.

King Katsu Banh Mi: Battered and fried king oyster mushrooms, pickled daikon, pickled carrots, jalapeno, cilantro topped with house-made ginger orange sauce and finished with toasted sesame seeds.
