2024 Portland Samoan Festival
The 2024 Portland Samoan Festival is Saturday, July 13, from 12-5 p.m. This vibrant celebration of Samoan culture and heritage is at the Peninsula Park Rose Garden.
This lively event showcases the rich traditions of the Samoan community through a dynamic blend of music, dance, art and cuisine.
The event features a full lineup for performances, including:
12 p.m. Opening ceremony.
12:30 p.m. Ra Khan Band.
1 p.m. Teva Oriata Dance Group.
1:20 p.m. Tausala Manaia Youth Group.
1:40 p.m. Portland Youth Group.
2:30 p.m. Island Soul Dance Group.
2:50 p.m. Uso Moni Dance Group.
3:20 p.m. PSU Samoan Dance Group.
3:40 p.m. Pacific Islander Central Washington University Club
4 p.m. Eazyboy Olo Band
4:30 p.m. Closing remarks.
More than 12 food, art and clothing vendors are onsite. Peruse a variety of Samoan goods along with traditional and modern Samoan cuisine.
The event is free to attend. Food and drinks are available for purchase.
