Portland has a rich drag history, including the oldest continuously running cabaret in the United States, Darcelle XV Showplace.

Today, drag events take place at venues all over town. Drag brunch has become a popular event that incorporates two things Portlanders love: brunch and drag queens.

Keep the late Darcelle’s legacy alive by supporting Portland’s drag queen community at these upcoming events.

Here’s a list of drag brunch events in Portland. Prices range from free to $30. 

Drag Brunch with Poison Waters!

Join Poison Waters and her fabulous friends at Rogue’s Eastside Pub’s Drag Brunch. You’ll be treated to special performances and tasty brunch and beverages. 

This event takes place on the last Thursday of every month from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Here are the dates: 

• May 31 (Wednesday event)
• June 29 
• July 27
• August 31
• September 28

This is an all ages event. It is free to attend. Food and drinks are available for purchase.

Rogue Eastside Pub is at 928 SE 9th Ave. in Portland.

Sunday Funday Drag Queen Brunch

Head to the iconic Darcelle XV Showplace for the Sunday Funday Drag Queen Brunch hosted by Poison Waters and Alexis Campbell Starr.

This event is held every Sunday. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. The show starts at 12:30 p.m.

This is a 21+ event. Tickets are $28 and include a plated brunch. A full bar and drink specials are also available. 

Darcelle XV Showplace is at 208 NW 3rd Ave. in Portland.

Wine & Wigs Drag Brunch

Enjoy a new spectacular spectacle at Battle Creek Cellars’ monthly Wine & Wigs Drag Brunch. Watch your favorite local queens transform the tasting room into a stage.

This event is held on the third Saturday of the month from noon to 2:30 p.m. Here are the dates:

• May 20 
• June 17

Tickets are $30 per person and include one complimentary mimosa. Additional snacks and drinks are available for purchase. You are also welcome to bring your own brunch. 

Battle Creek Cellars is at 850 NW 13th Ave Suite 3B in Portland.

Diva Drag Brunch

On Sunday, Diva Drag Brunch takes over the Swan Dive with an all-star cast performing drag, burlesque, acrobatics and live singing. 

This event is held every Sunday. Doors open at 11 a.m. The show starts at noon.

This is a 21+ event. Tickets are $20. Food and drinks are available for purchase. 

The Swan Dive is at 727 SE Grand Ave. in Portland.

Drag Brunch at Stag PDX

The weekly Drag Brunch at Stag PDX features a rotating list of performers along with an all-you-can-eat brunch buffet.

The show is every Sunday. Doors open at 11 a.m. and the show starts at noon. 

This is a 21+ event. Tickets are $30 and include breakfast. The bar also serves $1 mimosas during the event.

Stag PDX is at 317 Northwest Broadway in Portland.
