Since its founding in 2014, ReClaim It has been a pioneer in reducing waste and inspiring reuse in Portland. As the only organization in the city with permission to salvage reusable materials directly from the transfer station, ReClaim It turns would-be waste into affordable, creative supplies for the community.
Over the years, ReClaim It has rescued more than 1 million pounds of materials from the landfill, helping Portlanders repair, reimagine and repurpose.

2024 ReClaim It Holiday Shop
The ReClaim It Holiday Shop showcases the talent of more than 60 local artists, offering gifts and art that are as sustainable as they are stunning. Each piece is crafted with at least 80% reclaimed materials, blending creativity with environmental stewardship.
Whether you’re shopping for a loved one or treating yourself, you’ll find treasures that speak to the spirit of the season: thoughtful, unique, and kind to the planet. There’s something for everyone who appreciates art with a purpose.

- Friday, December 6 from 4 to 8 p.m.
- Saturday, December 7 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
