Explore local artists at the First Thursday Street Gallery in the Pearl District.
The event is hosted by Urban Art Network, a Portland nonprofit dedicated to empowering independent artists. Now in its 23rd year, the event holds true to its artistic roots by bringing together our community of creators.
Here are the details about the 2023 market season.
2023 First Thursday Street Gallery
Once a month, city blocks in the Pearl District are open for foot traffic only as the streets transform into an art gallery.
The event showcases original, handmade artwork by close to 100 local artists. You’ll find all kinds of art, including ceramics, fabric, painting, mixed media, glass, and more.
The First Thursday Street Gallery is 5-9 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month from April to October.

- May 4
- June 1
- July 6
- August 3
- September 7
- October 5
The event takes place at NW 13th Ave between NW Hoyt and NW Kearney streets in Portland.
