The Willamette Shore Trolley passengers ride in a replica of Portland’s Council Crest cars. Tickets are $10 per person and the trolley runs on Saturday and Sunday.
Head to Portland Saturday Market
Explore local arts, crafts, food and performers at Portland Saturday Market. The market is back every Saturday in Downtown Portland. It features more than 250 booths filled with handcrafted goods and is free to attend.
Let Dad Pick Out a Gift at Rose City Book & Paper Fair
Explore more than 60 independent booksellers at Rose City Book & Paper Fair, June 14 and 15. Dad can choose from underground zines, quirky vintage photo albums, antiquarian tomes and signed first editions from today’s hottest authors. Tickets are $5.
Find a One-of-a-Kind Gem at a Neighborhood Garage Sale
Does your dad like looking for hidden treasures? Peruse the Sandee Palisades garage sale in Troutdale on Friday and Saturday.
Take a Drive to Vista House
Take a day trip and visit the crown jewel of the Columbia River Gorge. The historic 1918 Vista House at the top of Crown Point offers visitors an incredible view of the Columbia River Gorge. It is open on Saturday and Sunday during Father’s Day weekend and is free to visit.
