Christmas Day at McMenamins Kennedy School

Once your stocking is emptied, presents are opened and you’ve eaten your tasty morning treats, what’s on the agenda for the rest of your day? Many of us are asking ourselves what we are going to do in Portland on Christmas Day. The McMenamins Kennedy School has us covered.

Kennedy School invites you to bundle up and stop by on Christmas Day for some festive fun.

Free Bingo for all ages will be hosted from 2-2:45 p.m. and 3:15-4 p.m. Winners select goofy mystery prizes from under the tree.

A free Ugly Sweater Dance Party with DJ Gregarious and VJ Disorder will be spinning ‘80s tunes in the gym from 7-10 p.m. Prizes will be randomly handed out to people with ugly sweaters. This event is 21+.

All weekend, the movie theater will be showing holiday movies. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for kids 12 and under.

Here’s the movie schedule:

1 p.m. Elf
4 p.m. A Christmas Story
7 p.m. National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation

Festive food and drink specials will be offered at the various restaurants and bars onsite. McMenamins Passport holders will get a special stamp for the day.
