Music Millennium is celebrating its customers with live performances, deals and complimentary food at the 30th annual Customer Appreciation Bar-B-Q.
Music Millennium has been a staple of the Laurelhurst neighborhood since 1969. It also holds the title of oldest record store in the Pacific Northwest. For the past 30 years, the music store has shown appreciation for community support by hosting an annual customer appreciation event.
Here’s how you can participate in this year’s celebration.
Music Millennium’s Customer Appreciation Bar-B-Q
Music Millennium’s Customer Appreciation Bar-B-Q is Saturday, August 12, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The event features seven live performances and complimentary food and beverages provided by Portland companies, such as Sizzle Pie, Ecliptic Brewing, Staccato Gelato and more.
The Wacky Wheel of Wonder has prizes for all from local vendors including Secret Aardvark sauces, Rose City Pepperheads pepper jellies, Dave’s Killer Bread, Keep Portland Weird stickers and buttons, t-shirts, music and more. You’ll also receive an in-store coupon at the event.
Musicians are performing throughout the event. Here is the schedule of the seven live performances:
- 11 a.m. Nathan Earle
- 12 p.m. Milky Chance
- 1 p.m. Mojo Holler
- 2 p.m. Mary Flower & The BBQ Boys
- 3 p.m. JT Wise
- 4 p.m. Gravel
- 5 p.m. Ty Curtis
