2026 Portland Book Week
Portland Book Week is June 5-14, 2026. Spend the week exploring 78 independent booksellers in and around Portland and Vancouver.
Bookstore Bingo
To start the week, stop by a participating location to pick up a bookstore bingo card or print your own at home. If you complete a bingo card, you’ll have the chance to win prizes. There’s also giveaways at select bookstores.
Here’s how it works:
- Get your bingo card stamped by participating bookstores.
- Each bookstore can only be used for one bingo space.
- Collect five stamps in a row to get a bingo or fill your board to get a blackout. Fill out the tags on the bottom of your board as you play during the week.
- Bring your completed bingo card to any participating bookstore or email a scanned/photo version of your completed bingo board to portlandbookweek@gmail.com no later than Friday, June 19.
Literary Events
There are lots of events happening at the participating bookstores including sales, story times, local author meet and greets, sip and shops, bookbinding and more.
Rose City Book & Paper Fair
June 13-14, visit the Rose City Book & Paper Fair and peruse more than 60 booksellers at Lloyd Doubletree in Portland. If you bring your bingo card, you’ll get free admission.
For more information, including a full list of participating locations, visit the event website.
