Starbucks is celebrating National Coffee Day with great freebies for coffee lovers to enjoy.
In celebration of Starbucks’ 50th anniversary, the coffee chain is giving you two ways to drink it up on National Coffee Day. On Wednesday, September 29, visit your nearest location for a special freebie and celebrate from home with an online giveaway.
Starbucks National Coffee Day Perks
In-Person
Bring a clean, empty reusable cup (up to 20-oz.) to your nearest participating Starbucks and receive a free cup of Pike Place Roast brewed coffee. For safety reasons, Starbucks can only accept clean and empty reusable cups.
The offer is available in the coffee shop only—not in the drive-thru or ordered ahead in the Starbucks app. No refills or modifications are allowed. The offer is available on iced or hot brewed coffee only.
This deal is available all day on National Coffee Day.

At Home
You can also celebrate National Coffee Day at home with this extra Starbucks freebie, if you’re willing to get up extra early. Starting at 3 a.m. PDT on Wednesday, you can sign up for free Pike Place Roast packaged coffee to brew and enjoy at home. Visit athome.starbucks.com to claim this deal. Limit one per customer and available while supplies last.
