Experience the sounds of big brass as 200 tubas play festive tunes at the 31st Annual Tuba Christmas Concert on Saturday, December 10 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. The event is taking place at Pioneer Courthouse Square, 701 SW 6th Ave. in Portland.
