Veganizer Asian Market is taking over The Redd for an evening filled with food, drinks, art, home goods and live entertainment.

Here’s your chance to celebrate Asian culture through a vegan lens with a community of local chefs and creators.

Veganizer Asian Market is Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 5 to 9 p.m. The event features 75 Asian, Pacific Islander, and Native Hawaiian-owned small businesses under one roof. Explore plant-based eats, handcrafted goods, art, home decor and more.

Also, a portion of all market and tickets sales benefit Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon, known at APANO, a leading grassroots organization dedicated to advancing equity through political, social, economic, and cultural advocacy.

Chef Demos and Entertainment Schedule

This lineup brings together performances and demonstrations, including:

4:30 p.m. Jawaher PDX

Jawaher shares Palestinian traditions around warak dawali and the different ingredients and spices that go into making stuffed grape leaves.

5:30 p.m. DesiPDX

Chef Deepak of DesiPDX demonstrates lentil dhal using classic Indian spices and techniques. Take home a few recipes and some of DesiPDX’s spice blends to experiment with.

6 p.m. White Lotus Lion Dance

Portland’s top lion dance team performs the traditional art of lion dancing.

6:30 p.m. Farmhouse Kitchen

Chef Kasem aka Chef Pop of Farmhouse Kitchen Thai Cuisine demonstrates Thai pomelo salad based on his grandmother’s yum som o recipe.

7:30 p.m. Sibeiho

Join Chef Holly to learn how to incorporate Sibeiho award-winning Singaporean sambals into everyday home cooking.
