Best of all, summer movies in the parks are free to attend.

City of Portland’s Movies in the Park hosts summer movies in the park from mid-July through August at parks throughout the city, typically Tuesday-Saturday on select dates. The events start at 7:30 p.m. and the movies begin at dusk.

Gladstone Movies in the Park
Visit Max Patterson Park, 450 E. Exeter in Gladstone, for movies in the park, presented by Gladstone Oak Lodge Rotary Club. Movie start times vary by event. The movies are free and there is a concession stand that opens 45 minutes before showtime. You can buy popcorn, candy, soft drinks and beer, wine and cider in the beer garden.

Troutdale Movies in the Park
Troutdale is hosting single and double feature movies in the park. This event uses an LED video wall so movies can play when the sun is out. There is free popcorn along with vendors with food for purchase. The movies take place at Imagination Station, 1900 SW Cherry Park Rd. on select Fridays.
