While many popular light displays have been cancelled this year, the Clackamas County Fairgrounds is transforming into a winter wonderland for the first time ever.
Clackamas County Winter Fair features a drive-thru experience with all the sights and sounds of Christmas. Along the 1/4-mile path you’ll see the thousands of lights. One of the main attractions will be a 100-foot lighted tunnel.
Santa will be stopping by on select days. Children will be able to wave at Santa and place their letter in his special mailbox bound for the North Pole.

2020 Clackamas County Winter Fair
How it works
Before the event, purchase a time slot for your visit online. Time slots are valid for 30 minutes. For example, if you select the 7 p.m. time slot, you must arrive between 7 and 7:30 p.m. This does not guarantee that you will enter the attraction during the slot, so make sure you plan on making a whole night out of this fun event.
Tickets will also be available onsite for a higher price with limited availability.
You’ll enter the event in the Blue parking lot off of 3rd Avenue. Have your ticket ready either on your phone or printed. If you don’t want to roll down your window, have the brightness turned up on your phone and hold it up against your window. Your ticket will be scanned once you cross 4th avenue into the Blue Gate.
Once in the attraction, you’ll move along at a slow pace and take in all the sparkly lights and whimsical displays. Turn your radio to K103 103.3FM for a holiday soundtrack as you drive.
You’ll stay in your vehicle for the duration of the event. If needed, restrooms will be in the blue parking lot.
