Raise a glass to the holiday season during Holiday Drink Week. From December 2-8, 2024, each specialty drink is $8.
Each participating location is making a specially crafted cocktail for the event. Enjoy Holiday Drink Week at some of Portland’s best bars and restaurants. Get out, support local businesses and have a great drink. You may even find a great food special to accompany your drink.
This year, 25 restaurants and bars are participating in the Portland Mercury’s Holiday Drink Week. I’ve listed them in alphabetical order with the cocktail description and address. Be sure to check open hours before you visit these locations.

Alibi Restaurant and Lounge

Krampus Killer: Jim Beam Black, amaro, ginger, coconut, pineapple, lime and nutmeg. Shaken and served over crushed ice.
Bicho’s

Fiesta Mule: El Tesoro Tequila, pomegranate juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, ginger beer, topped with some fresh pomegranate seeds and cranberries.
Birdie Time Pub

Fairway Frost: Elderberry liqueur, Haku Vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and peach bitters and is served on ice. Garnished with rosemary, dehydrated lemon and a dark cherry.
Breakside Brewery – Dekum

Little Biscuit: Vanilla infused vodka, spiced simple syrup, Saler’s Gentian Liqueur and dry vermouth served over a big cube and garnished with an orange slice and anise powder.

Fireside Sour: Makers Mark, Disaronno, pure cranberry, lemon, house-made ginger snap syrup and fee foam bitters. Shaken and served up in a coupe glass.

Cranberry Krampus: Jim Beam Bourbon, house-made cranberry, apple, orange, cinnamon syrup with Averna Amaro and fresh lemon. Served up.
